THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, SAUCHIE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2026
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 16th June 2026.
The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading during the period from 0730 hours on Monday 29th June 2026 until 1600 hours on Friday 10th July 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is necessary for carriageway resurfacing and safety of workers and residents. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
