THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (BANCHORY PLACE, TULLIBODY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2026
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above-named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14th May 2026.
The effect of this Order is that there will be temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading from 08:00 hours on Monday 22nd June 2026 until 15:00 hours Friday 26th June 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for carriageway resurfacing. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
