(BLACKFAULDS ROAD, COALSNAUGHTON) (NOTICE OF EMERGENCY 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, where an emergency 20 mph speed limit has been in place from 10:00 hours on Tuesday 2nd June 2026 for a period of 3 weeks or until completion. The emergency order is required to reduce the speed of traffic due to the increase in traffic volumes using it while the road closure are in place in Coalsnaughton.
