BRANSHILL PARK, SAUCHIE - NOTICE OF EMERGENCY (FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, where an emergency footway closure will be in place from 08:00 hours on Wednesday 1st April 2026 until 17:00 hours on Wednesday 27th May 2026. The emergency closure is required for safety works to wall requested by Clackmannanshire Council.
