THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) AMENDMENT NO.2 ORDER 2026

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, which will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule on which waiting is prohibited at any time to allow parking for the garage and to prevent parking where lorries are turning.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from 18 February 2026, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 13 March 2026.

SCHEDULE
Roads in Alloa		Side and section of road on which waiting is prohibited at any time.
Craigward	On the north side thereof:
	From its junction with C95 Glasshouse Loan westwards for a distance of 50 metres or thereby.
	From a point 58 metres west of its junction with C95 Glasshouse Loan westwards for a distance of 7 metres or thereby.
	From a point 75 west of its junction with C95 Glasshouse Loan westwards for a distance of 145 metres
