THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MAR STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY NO PARKING) ORDER 2025
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2nd December 2025.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no parking at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 12th January 2026 until 1600 hours on Friday 23rd January 2026, on the section of roads described in Schedule 1. The temporary no parking is required to allow a new gas service to be installed. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
