THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ALLOA TOWN CENTRE) WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 5) ORDER 2025
Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf which will amend "The Clackmannanshire Council (Alloa Town Centre) (Waiting, Loading and Unloading Restrictions) Order 2011 as amended", by adding to Schedules 20 and 100 to amend waiting restrictions in Alloa Town Centre to provide more disabled parking on High Street, Alloa and to make amendments to the southern most suspended area where the bins are now located to accommodate these changes.
FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from 22 October 2025, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 14 November 2025.
