THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2025
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24th September 2025.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1530 hours until 2100 hours on Saturday 1st November 2025 (contingency for Sunday 2nd November 2025), on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is to allow the public to safely enter and exit West End Park, Alloa and to stop cars parking and blocking the road. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
