THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, SAUCHIE) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 9, 10(2), 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, which will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule as a 20 miles per hour speed limit to ensure that the traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment and reduce the existing 30mph to 20mph.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from 15 October 2025, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 7 November 2025.

Lengths of Road in Clackmannanshire	Sections of road over which a 20 mph speed limit will be applicable.
B908 Fairfield, Sauchie	From its junction with B908 Parkhead Road westwards until 15 metres west of its junction with Fairmount Drive, a distance of 625 metres or thereby.
B908 Parkhead Road, Sauchie	From its junction with A908 Main Street, westwards until its junction with B908 Parkhead Road (north south section), westwards for a distance of 175 metres or thereby.
