THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B9140 KING O MUIRS ROAD) (50 MPH LIMIT) ORDER 2025

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 9, 10(2), 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, which will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule as a 50 miles per hour speed limit to reduce traffic speeds on roads in the interests of road safety as the experimental traffic order is coming to an end.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from 15 October 2025, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 7 November 2025.
