Various Streets, Fishcross - 20 MPH Speed Limit (ref: 5-6-2554)

THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, FISHCROSS) (20 MPH LIMIT) ORDER 2025

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf,  which will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule as a 20 miles per hour speed limit to reduce traffic speeds on roads in the interests of road safety as the experimental traffic order is coming to an end.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from 15 October 2025, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 7 November 2025.

B9140 Collyland Road, Fishcross

From its junction with The Engine Green, eastwards until its junction with A908 Alloa Road, a distance of 90 metres or thereby.

B9140 Pitfairn Road, Fishcross

From its junction with A908 Alloa Road eastwards until a point 25 metres or thereby east of its junction with Coalpots Way, a distance of 348 metres or thereby.

A908 Alloa Road, Fishcross

From its junction with B9140 Pitfairn Road southwards for a distance of 125 metres or thereby.

A908 Alloa Road, Fishcross

From its junction with B9140 Pitfairn Road northwards for a distance of 30 metres or thereby.
