THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (HELENSFIELD, CLACKMANNAN) (WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) AMENDMENT NO.2 ORDER 2025
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 19 December 2025. FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 15 October 2025 and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting, loading and unloading restrictions will apply to extend restrictions to stop vehicles blocking the access road to the rear of the cottages and the turning/access area off the access road.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 14 January 2026 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
