THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (HELENSFIELD, CLACKMANNAN) (WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) AMENDMENT NO.2 ORDER 2025

Clackmannanshire Council propose to make an Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, which will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting, load and unloading restrictions will apply to extend restrictions to stop vehicles blocking the access road to the rear of the cottages and the turning/access area off the access road.

FULL DETAILS of this proposal are in the draft Order which, together with a copy of the relative plan and a Statement of the Council's reasons for promoting the Order is available below for three weeks from 15 October 2025, where objectors must state their reasons for objection by 7 November 2025.

SCHEDULE
Lists of Roads in Helensfield	Side and section of road on which waiting, loading and unloading is prohibited at any time.
Helensfield (unclassified road)	On the East side thereof
	From its junction with the east/west access road north kerbline, northwards for a distance of 15 metres or thereby, then westwards for a distance of 5 metres or thereby then southwards for a distance of 13 metres or thereby.
