THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (SMITHFIELD LOAN, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2025
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2nd September 2025.
The effect of this Order is that there will reduce the speed to 20mph zone at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 29th September 2025 for a period of 18 months, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary speed restriction is required for road safety during the construction phase of the Wellness Hub. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
