THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2025
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 15th July 2025.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking and loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours until 2000 hours on each of the following dates: Monday 4th August 2025, Tuesday 5th August 2025, Wednesday 6th August 2025, Thursday 7th August 2025, Friday 8th August 2025, Saturday 9th August 2025 and Sunday 10th August 2025, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for refreshing lining work within the town centre area; therefore, not all streets will be closed at the same time but will be closed at some point during the time and dates given. Buses and delivery vehicles will have access. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
