THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (WHINS ROAD, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 10th July 2025.
The effect of this Order is that the footway will be closed at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 4th August 2025 until 1600 hours on Wednesday 6th August 2025, on the section of roads described in Schedule 1. The temporary footway closure is required for assemble and crane roof on to flame damaged property. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
