THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL  (ALLOA PARK DRIVE, ALLOA)  (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2025

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8^th July 2025.

The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking and loading at any time during the period from 0930 hours until 1800 hours on Wednesday 6^th August 2025, on the section of roads described in Schedule 1.  From 0930 hours until 1800 hours on Friday 8^th August 2025, on the section of roads described in Schedule 2.  The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for Scottish Water works. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.

SCHEDULE 1
List of Roads	Section of road over which a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is applicable from 0930 hours until 1800 hours Wednesday 6th August 2025.
Alloa Park Drive, Alloa	From its junction with Elpin eastwards until its junction with The Pheasantry, for a distance of 80 metres or thereby.
Diversion	Via Alloa Park Drive, Forth Crescent, Devon Road, Auld Brig Road, Clackmannan Road and vice versa.
SCHEDULE 2
List of Roads	Section of road over which a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is applicable from 0930 hours until 1800 hours Friday 8th August 2025.
Alloa Park Drive, Alloa	From its junction with Carnach southwards until its junction with Denbecan, for a distance of 85 metres or thereby.
Diversion	Via Alloa Park Drive, Forth Crescent, Devon Road, Auld Brig Road, Clackmannan Road and vice versa.
