THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B910 RICCARTON, CLACKMANNAN) (TEMPORARY WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 2018
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8th October 2018.
The effect of this Order is that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle which exceeds the maximum gross weight of 7.5 tonnes (3 tonnes unladen), to drive on the said length(s) of road(s) specified in the Schedule to this order during the period from 0900 hours on Monday 29th October 2018 for a period on 9 weeks or until completion, subject to a maximum period of 18 months, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary weight restriction is necessary for the installation of public utilities in association with a housing development. Access is allowed for Emergency Vehicles. Access for local deliveries may be possible by prior arrangement with the contractor.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.
