Club Rugby

Both Clubs in Clackmannshire have achieved Scottish Rugby's PCS Accreditation.

Mini Rugby

Children are able to join the successful Mini sections (P1 - P7) at either Alloa RFCor Hillfoots RFCwhere they train once a week and get to play club fixtures and also take part in the Central Festival Programme.

Training sessions are geared around having fun with friends, playing small sided games and developing physical competency/literacy.

Youth Rugby

Young adults from S1 to U18 are encouraged to take up rugby and can join regardless of age or ability.

Rugby is a late specialisation sport and those with the desire to develop can excel in this sport whether they have played in the past or not.

      • 10.30am - 12 noon: All Mini and Youth Rugby
  • Hillfoots RFC
    • Sundays
      • 10am - 12 noon: Mini Training & Games
      • 10am - 12 noon: Youth training S1 to U16
    • Tuesdays
      • 7-9pm: Youth Training - U18 home training
    • Wednesdays
      • 7-9pm: Youth training S1 to U16 train
    • Thursdays
      • 7-8.30pm: Youth Training - U18 home training
    • Saturdays
      • Matches: Youth S1 to U16, Youth Training - U18 home

Both clubs run full mini and youth structures including Micro (P1-3), P4/5, P6/7, S1, S2, U-16 and U-18 Teams.

Adult Rugby

Alloa RFCand Hillfoots RFCcurrently operate two senior XVs, whilst Hillfoots RFC also boast a veterans' team, The Cast Tups for over 35s.

Training and league games

Both clubs offer training at their Clubs on a Tuesday and Thursday night 7-8.30pm and play in their respective leagues on a Saturday afternoon 3pm KO.
