Clackmannanshire Council will be represented at Scotland's largest Meet the Buyer event in Glasgow on 28th September.

Over 60 buying organisations, including Clackmannanshire Council and a number of private tier 1 contractors who have supply chain opportunities,, will be on hand at the event offering businesses the opportunity to speak directly to purchasers and decision makers.

The event, which is being held at Hampden Park, is being organised by the Supplier Development Programme (SDP) in partnership with Scottish Government, Scotland Excel and Business Gateway. SDP is a local authority partnership initiative established to help small to medium sized enterprise (SME) understand the procurement process and compete more effectively for public sector contracts.

Any small to medium business is eligible to register with the Supplier Development Programme which will give them free access to a range of events from awareness raising seminars to policy workshop to tender writing workshops.
