The Sports Council has added another award this year, splitting Triumph over Adversity into a participation category and a sports competitor category thanks to a new trophy being donated for the awards.

Colin Lynch the Sports Council Chairperson said: "We are really looking forward to the awards ceremony this year and will be looking to deliver another memorable night for the sporting community in Clackmannanshire. I am sure over the last year there have been many great achievements delivered by Individuals and teams which will deserve a nomination and recognition at the annual awards. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our sponsors for their continued support and look forward to welcoming them to the awards in March."
