Payment Services reopening FAQs

Payment Services reopening FAQs

Our staff would like to offer a warm welcome back to all our customers. It is hoped that the following FAQs will help you understand what services we can initially offer.

What payments can be taken at the Speirs, Ben Cleuch Centres and Sauchie CAP?

You can make a card payment to any Council account at these locations. Cash payments can also be made at the Speirs Centre only.

Please bear in mind that this is a limited payment only service and that no enquiries will be taken regarding Council facilities and services, including Housing enquiries, Waste Services etc.

Please continue to contact the relevant departments via 01259 450000, email or via this website.

Is it safe for me to go and make a payment?

Yes, our staff  have been working hard to ensure we comply with all health and safety requirements to allow staff and customers to return to our buildings.

Social distancing measures, hand sanitising stations and enhanced cleaning regimes have all been set up.

Staff will also be on hand to assist with any customer payment enquiries.

Will I have to wear a face covering/mask when I enter the buildings?

No, because of the safety procedures we have put in place, wearing face masks or face coverings will not be mandatory when using our facilities.

Do I have to pre-book an appointment to make payments?

No, but please bear in mind that this service will be busy and customers may have to queue to make a payment.  As we continue to observe social distancing measures, at busy times we may have to ask customers to queue outside of the building.
