Yes, our staff have been working hard to ensure we comply with all health and safety requirements to allow staff and customers to return to our buildings.
Social distancing measures, hand sanitising stations and enhanced cleaning regimes have all been set up.
Staff will also be on hand to assist with any customer payment enquiries.
No, because of the safety procedures we have put in place, wearing face masks or face coverings will not be mandatory when using our facilities.
No, but please bear in mind that this service will be busy and customers may have to queue to make a payment. As we continue to observe social distancing measures, at busy times we may have to ask customers to queue outside of the building.
