The Speirs Centre, Alloa and the Ben Cleuch Centre, Tillicoultry reopened to the public on 15th July, 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday.
From Monday 10 August Sauchie CAP will also open. New opening times for the Speirs, Ben Cleuch Centres and Sauchie CAP are available on our Library Visits and Click and Collect page.

No, the current fines amnesty will remain in place.
Yes, you will be able to return any items that you have out on your library ticket at these 3 locations, even if these locations were not your issuing library. Our fines amnesty is still in place therefore no fines will be added to your library membership.
All returned items are placed in quarantine for 72 hours on return. Only after the 72 hour quarantine period will we discharge them from your library ticket.
For existing Housebound customers, the Housebound service restarted on Tuesday 21st July with Library staff making the deliveries.
