Our library and payment facilities have reopened to the public. Lending areas in the libraries are open to allow members of the public to choose library stock. Access to computers for non-essential purposes is also allowed.
Council payments and enquiries are open at all of our locations.
The Speirs Centre, Ben Cleuch Centre, Sauchie, Alva and Tullibody Libraries are all open. For information on opening times and services being provided, please refer to our Libraries and payment services reopening times page.

If you still have any outstanding library books or other items on loan from the lockdown period (March 2020 - July 2021), these can be returned to any of our libraries during opening hours.
The fines amnesty which has been in place since March 2020 will come to an end on Saturday 31 July.

Our Archives & Local History Service would like to collect and preserve a record of Clackmannanshire’s experience of this time, to provide future generations with an insight into how we coped with and were affected by the pandemic.
