THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (COALSNAUGHTON, FISHCROSS AND GLENOCHIL)
(PARKING SPACES FOR DISABLED PERSONS) (NOS. CN1, CN2, CN3, F1, F2, F3, G1, G2) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2016

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Amendment Order under Section 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14 September 2016.

The Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 10 August 2016 which will add Parking Space Nos. F4 and F5 to the Schedule and which will designate the sections of road listed as parking spaces for disabled persons' vehicles. A copy of the order together with a copy of the relative plan is available below or may be examined at the Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, or any other Council Office/Library during normal office hours free of charge.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 30 September 2016, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
