THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (QUEEN STREET, ALVA) (TEMPORARY CLOSURES) ORDER 2016

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 23^rd June 2016.

The effect of this Order shall be to close to vehicles:-

The period from 1900 hours on Tuesday 5^th July 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 6^th July 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 12^th July 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 13^th July 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 19^th July 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 20^th July 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 26^th July 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 27^th July 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 2^nd August 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 3^rd August 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 9^th August 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 10^th August 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 16^th August 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 17^th August 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 23^rd August 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 24^th August 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 30^th August 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 31^st August 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 6^th September 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 7^th September 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 13^th September 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 14^th September 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 20^th September 2016 until 1200 hours on Tuesday 21^st September 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 27^th September 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 28^th September 2016. From 1900 hours on Tuesday 4^th October 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 5^th October 2016 in the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary closures are required for safety reasons and to bring in modular buildings and park these overnight before being off loaded by crane. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available on www.clacksweb.org.uk or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.

Queen Street, Alva (Upper)	From its junction with Erskine Street northwards to its junction with Beauclerc Street, a distance of 91 metres or thereby.
Diversion Route	Via Beauclerc Street, Brook Street, The Green, The Wynd, Park Street and vice versa.
