THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (LUDGATE, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PARKING SUSPENSION) ORDER 2016
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1st June 2016.
The effect of this Order shall be to suspend parking:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 13th June 2016 until 1700 hours on Friday 24th June 2016 on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary parking suspension is required in order to allow for footway resurfacing and kerbing works to be take place and for safety of the workforce.
