THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (QUEEN STREET, ALVA) - NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY CLOSURE 2016
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be closed to traffic from 1900 hours on Tuesday 10th May 2016 until 1200 hours on Wednesday 11th May 2016. The emergency closure is necessary for safety reasons and to bring in modular buildings and park these overnight before being off loaded by crane as these cannot be parked on site.
