THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ERSKINE STREET, ALVA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2016
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29th April 2016.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 9th May 2016 for a period of 13 weeks in the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary footway closure is required for safety reasons while scaffolding is in place and kerb/surfacing works.
