THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALVA) (TEMPORARY CLOSURES) ORDER 2016
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21st March 2016.
1. The effect of this Order shall be to close to vehicles at Queen Street, Alva (Upper):-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 21st March 2016 for a period of 2 weeks or until completion on the section described in Schedule 1 attached.
2. The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians at Beauclerc Street, Alva: -
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 21st March 2016 for a period of 2 weeks or until completion on the section described in Schedule 2 attached.
The temporary closures are required for carriageway improvements and service diversions/connections.

| Queen Street, Alva (Upper) | From its junction with Erskine Street northwards to its junction with Beauclerc Street, a distance of 91 metres or thereby. |
| Diversion Route | Via Beauclerc Street, Brook Street, The Green, The Wynd, Park Street and vice versa. |

| List of Footways | Section of footway over which a footway closure will be applicable from 0800 hours on Monday 21st March 2016 for a period of 2 weeks or until completion. |
| Beauclerc Street, Alva | From its junction with Queen Street eastwards, for a distance of 127 metres or thereby. |
| Diversion Route | Via footway on northside. |
