THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (BANK STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PARKING SUSPENSION) ORDER 2016
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 5th February 2016.
The effect of this Order shall be to suspend parking:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 15th February 2016 for a period of 16 weeks on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary parking suspension is required in order to facilitate scaffolding in order that building works can be carried out safely.
