THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (POMPEE ROAD, SAUCHIE) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2016
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 5th February 2016.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 15th February 2016 until 1700 hours on Friday 15th April 2016 on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary closure is necessary in order to facilitate construction work along the front of the site.
