THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ROADS ADJACENT TO REDWELL PRIMARY SCHOOL, ALLOA) (WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO 2) ORDER 2016

The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 8 March 2016.

FULL DETAILS of this Amendment Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 20 January 2016, which will increase the length of no waiting restrictions on Cowden Park to prevent the road being blocked by parked cars. 

A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at the Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB or at any council office, library or Community Access Point, during normal office hours free of charge.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 25 March 2016 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.

List of Roads in AlloaSide and section of road on which parking is restricted to a maximum of TWENTY minutes, return prohibited within SIXTEEN minutes between the hours of 8.30 am and 9.00 am, and 2.50 pm and 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.
A907 Stirling Road, AlloaSouth Side
 From a point 99 metres or thereby east of its junction with Arnsbrae Roundabout, eastwards for a distance of 50 metres or thereby.
 From a point 332 metres or thereby east of its junction with Arnsbrae Roundabout, eastwards for a distance of 195 metres or thereby.

 From a point 20 metres east of Arnsbrae Roundabout west then southwards for a distance of 80 metres or thereby.
 From a  point 527 metres or thereby east of its junctions with Arnsbrae Roundabout, eastwards for a distance of 164 metres or thereby.
