THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MANSFIELD AVENUE, SAUCHIE) NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY CLOSURE 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be closed to vehicles from 0800 hours on Monday 2nd November 2015 for a period of one week or until the works are completed (whichever is sooner). The emergency closure is required to repair damaged ironworks/drainage before resurfacing takes place.
