THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (FENTON STREET / B9096, ALLOA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2015
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 30 October 2015.
FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 16 September 2015, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will be extended in so far as it relates to the north west side of Fenton Street, Alloa, to improve visibility at the junction and private access.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 20 November 2015 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
