THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (DELPH ROAD, TULLIBODY) (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2015
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 10th September 2015.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 21st September 2015 for a period of 4 weeks or until completion in the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary footpath closure is required for service installation.

| List of Roads | Section of footpath over which temporary footpath closure is applicable from 0800 hours on Monday 21st September 2015 for a period of 4 weeks or until completion. Access for residents affected where possible. |
| Delph Road, Tullibody | North Side From the east gable end of number 19, eastwards for a distance of 75 metres or thereby. South Side From outside number 10 to number 16, a distance of 34 metres or thereby. |
