NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, where there will be waiting restrictions from 1100 hours until 1800 hours on Saturday 20th September 2014. The emergency waiting restrictions are necessary to facilitate flow of traffic before, during and after the football match at Alloa Athletic home ground Recreation Park, Alloa and to allow access/egress for buses during the stated period.
