THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (A91 TILLICOULTRY TO ALVA) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2014
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 19th June 2014.
The effect of this Order shall be to restrict speeding of 30mph to vehicles:-
The period from 1200 hours on 30th June 2014 for 16 weeks or until TRO is complete on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary closure is required to restrict the speed of traffic to allow the works on the cycle path to be complete and until the amendment to the TRO has been made.
