THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ROADS ADJACENT TO REDWELL PRIMARY SCHOOL, ALLOA) (WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2014

The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 24th July 2014.

FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 21 May 2014, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will apply to improve visibility and to help keep traffic moving during school times.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 8th August 2014 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.

SCHEDULE A
List of Roads in Alloa

Side and section of road on which parking is restricted to a maximum of TEN minutes, return prohibited within fifteen minutes between the hours of 8.30 am and 9.00 am, and 2.50 pm and 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.

 

A907 Stirling Road, AlloaSouth Side:
 From a point 53 metres or thereby east of its junction with Arnsbrae Roundabout, eastwards for a distance of 102 metres or thereby.

Side and section of road on which parking is restricted to a maximum of FIVE minutes, return prohibited within fifteen minutes between the hours of 8.30 am and 9.00 am, and 2.50 pm and 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday inclusive.

 From a point 20 metres east of Arnsbrae Roundabout west then southwards for a distance of 80 metres or thereby.
 From a  point 527 metres or thereby east of its junctions with Arnsbrae Roundabout, eastwards for a distance of 177 metres or thereby.

 From its junction with A907 Stirling Road, northwards for a distance of 30 metres or thereby.
Redwell Place, AlloaWest Side:
 From its junction with A907 Stirling Road, northwards for a distance of 52 metres or thereby.
 East Side:
 From its junction with A907 Stirling Road, northwards for a distance of 50 metres or thereby.
CowdenPark , AlloaBoth Sides:
