THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ALLOA TOWN CENTRE) WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2014
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Amendment Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 22 April 2014.
FULL DETAILS of this Amendment Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 19 March 2014, which will amend "The Clackmannanshire Council (Alloa Town Centre) (Waiting, Loading and Unloading Restrictions) Order 2011", by amending Schedule 65 due to layout changes on Mill Street and to reduce the taxi rank and add in parking spaces and will revoke Schedule 66 as the over night taxi rank is no longer required.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 9 May 2014 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
