NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY CLOSURE 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be closed to traffic from 0600 hours until 2200 hours on Tuesday 20th March 2018 for a period of 2 weeks or until works are complete whichever is soonest. The emergency closure is necessary to ensure the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians on Blackfaulds Road during the closure of the B9140 for resurfacing. Access for residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained.
