THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (FOOTPATH FROM COURTHILL TO DUKE STREET, ALVA) (STOPPING-UP) ORDER 2018
Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 on 14 February 2018, which will be to stop-up the section of footpath as detailed in the Schedule to improve public safety and minimise incidents of public nuisance.
FULL DETAILS of this Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 13 December 2017, and a copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relevant plan is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB and any council Library/CAP, during normal office hours free of charge.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act of that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from 2 March 2018 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
