THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING OR LOADING RESTRICTION) (PART 6) ORDER 2017
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14th June 2017.
The effect of this Order shall be no waiting or loading:-
The period from 1200 hours until 1800 hours on Saturday 8th July 2017 (or open as soon as parade is passed) on the attached schedule. The temporary no waiting and loading restriction is necessary to facilitate a large parade in Alloa.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.

| List of Roads | Sections of road over which temporary no waiting or loading at any time restriction is applicable from 0500 hours until 1800 hours on Saturday 8th July 2017 (or open as soon as parade is passed).

| Castle Street | Both Sides From its junction with Broad Street westwards until its junction with Glasshouse Loan, a distance of 355 metres or thereby. |
| Glasshouse loan | Both Sides From its junction with Castle Street northwards until a point 25 metres north of its junction with Caledonian Road, a distance of 210 metres or thereby. |
| Primrose Street | Both Sides From its junction with A907 King Street southwards for a distance of 25 metres or thereby. From its junction with Drysdale Street northwards for a distance of 25 metres or thereby. |
| Mar Street | Both Sides From its junction with Mill Street northwards until its junction with Burgh Mews, a distance of 68 metres or thereby. |
| Bedford Place | South Side From its junction with St Mungo’s Wynd eastwards for a distance of 108 metres or thereby. |
| Bank Street | Both Sides From its junction with Union Street northwards for a distance of 70 metres or thereby. |
| Mill Street | East Side From its junction with Coalgate northwards for a distance of 50 metres or thereby. |
| Greenside Street | South Side From a point 27 metres or thereby west of its junction with Kilncraigs rear car park, westwards for a distance of 60 metres or thereby. |
