Klacksun - Clackmannanshire Service Users' Network

Klacksun is the Clackmannanshire and Stirling Service Users Network. The network spans across all statutory mental health services, voluntary organisations and groups.

Get involved

Klacksun is coordinated by CTSi Integration and Engagement Officer for the Health and Social Care Partnership.

The network meets on a monthly basis to discuss local, regional and national issues and work in partnership to develop and improve services.

Others again may be involved individually, or in groups, in highlighting issues of concern. We have a newsletter and are currently developing a website and information booklet, so if you have any computer or admin skills you could get involved in that way. Everyone's contribution can be recognised.

Role of the Network

Klacksun works in partnership with Clackmannanshire Council and local NHS services. Through this relationship, we provide a forum for people with mental health problems to consider, review and develop principles and practices in relation to these services.

The role of the network is to work in partnership with bothg Clackmannanshire and Stirling Integrated Mental Health Services and the wider Health and Social Care Partnership. The service users' perspective is paramount in developing and delivering fit for purpose mental health services.
