Final Draft Core Paths Plan

The Final Draft Core Paths Plan was drawn up for consultation in July 2008 to enable interested parties to make comment on the proposed network of core paths in Clackmannanshire.

The maps of the Final Draft Core Paths and all comments received during this stage of the consultation process are available to view. Following this consultation, the Final Draft Core Paths Plan was revised into the Clackmannanshire Council Core Paths Plan, based on the comments we received. The revised Core Paths Plan was adopted by Clackmannanshire Council on the 4th June 2009.

This page contains files for the consultation documents produced for the Final Draft Core Path Plan as well as the formal objections and comments received during the final consultation.

The following formal objections were withdrawn from the consultation:
- Formal Objection from Sustrans
- Formal Objection from Ramblers' Association Scotland

After consultation with, and consensus between, the Clackmannanshire Access Forum, affected land managers and communities; the Plan was modified to take account of the formal objections made by:
- James M Cullens
- Ian and Jane Ann Coull
- Dugdale Bradley
- Alan Menzies

The adopted Clackmannanshire Council Core Paths Plan is available to view and download (hard copies can also be puchased for 15), while the Candidate Core Paths Plan maps and comments are archived on our website.

Please note that these draft maps are no longer current and are only for reference purposes.
