Flood Prevention and Land Drainage Biennial Reports - 2005 & 2007

These reports are published to meet Clackmannanshire Council’s duty under section 6A of the Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961 as inserted by section 3 of the Flood Prevention & Land Drainage (Scotland) Act 1997. The reports cover the time elapsed since the production of the last report in November 2003.
