Development Management (Planning Permission)
Development Management provides advice on development proposals, deals with the processing of planning applications and monitors compliance with planning permissions in accordance with the Council's Development Plan and Policies in order to control development in the county in the public interest.
An officer within the Development Quality Team is allocated to each planning application and should be your first point of contact with any query. Their names and contact telephone numbers appear on each weekly bulletin of new applications.
The Services to Communities Bulletin, along with all details pertaining to the planning process, including forms, drawings, correspondences and all details of current and decided applications are available to view/download from this site.
Alternatively they can be viewed online as part of the Extant List of Applications. Please click on the appropriate link at the top of this page or on the right hand side for more information.
The preferred method of communication is via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or through this website.
However you can write to or visit us at Kilncraigs, Greenside Street, Alloa, Clackmannanshire, FK10 1EB between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, although it is advisable to make an appointment to see an officer prior to arrival. Please ring 01259 450000.
