- Baby Talk (Alloa Family Centre)
Tuesday & Thursday
1.30 – 3.00 pm
A fun time for parents and babies to spend time together. Varied programmes with play sessions, speakers and outings.

Every Wednesday
10.15 am – 12.15 pm
This is specifically designed to promote healthy eating and cooking skills for parents.

10.30 am – 12.00 noon
This is a varied programme, and includes nature walks, physical activity, health topics and visiting speakers.

1.30 – 3.00 p.m.
This is a "time out" for Dads to enjoy a variety of activities, outings and visiting speakers. Open to new members.

Come along and develop your skills and/or learn new ones.

The participants plan this group. It will incorporate physical activities such as line dancing, yoga and visiting speakers.

Venue: Alloa Leisure Bowl
Thursdays
9.30 - 11.30 am in half hour sessions (depending on age of child)
Cost: This group is funded and run by SSA and costs £1.00 per session.

Friday morning
10.30 am
Sports Development will lead a walk around the area. Parents and children are invited to attend and stay for a healthy snack.
