Local Housing Strategy 2004 - 2009
Clackmannanshire and its partners are currently working on a new Local Housing Strategy to cover the five year period from 2012 to 2017.
This strategy fulfilled the legal requirements introduced in the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 by setting out clearly how the Council, working in partnership with others, could best tackle housing issues across all tenures - owner-occupation, social or private renting - in the 5 years from 2004 to 2009.
