Donating To Charity Shops  Bookmark and Share

Charity shops need donations now more than ever before.

You can donate

  • unwanted books
  • home wares
  • men's, lady's and children's clothes
  • accessories
  • ornaments
  • bric-a-brac
  • ... the list is endless!

As well as donating items that are in a good quality, reusable condition for the charities to sell in store, some also now collect lower quality textiles. These are recycled and raise further funds for the charity.

Gift Aid your donations

If you take items into the shop, you can now also gift aid your shop donations, increasing the value of your donation by 28 per cent.

Buy when you donate!

With all the things donated to charity shops why not have a look around at what is on offer and buy when you donate.

If your chosen charity shop is closed

Please try not to leave donations outside the shops when they are closed, as they can block pavements and items may get damaged or stolen.

Your nearest charity shop
