Surgeries
Councillor Womersley holds a regular surgery
He will be in Sauchie CAP on the 1st Monday of the month between 5.00pm - 6.00pm.
He will be in Greenfield on the 2nd Monday of the month between 5.00pm - 6.00pm.
He will be in Sauchie Resource Centre on the 4th Thursday of the month between 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
Please note that Councillor Womersley does not hold surgeries in either January or July.

Training
The Scottish Local Authorities Remuneration Committee recommends that Councils publish information on Councillors' training and development.
Following the 2007 elections Clackmannanshire Councillors had the opportunity to attend a comprehensive induction programme to enable them to effectively carry out their duties.
This exercise has been followed by regular training needs analysis to gather information on the ongoing training requirements for each elected member.
In addition to meeting gaps in skills and knowledge the arranged training programme helps Councillors keep pace with changes in legislation and technology.
Attendance at each training session will vary in accordance with individual members experience, skills and knowledge .
For the period November 2008 to October 2009 Councillor Womersley has attended 4 training/information sessions.

Registration of interests
The Ethical Standards in Public Life etc (Scotland) Act 2000 introduced an ethical framework to Scotland. One of the key elements of this new act is the Councillors’ Code of Conduct, which underlines a strong commitment to the promotion of high standards in public life. Section 4 of the Code sets out the categories of interests, financial and otherwise that Councillors must declare.
